Maybe when 07th expansion gets super-famous he’ll come over here as a con guest and I can ask him why the comedy scenes are so unfunny. I think they’re written by a Japanese version of the Archie computer.

your hypothesis seems plausible – the Japanese music industry already has an advanced modification of the Archie computer working for them.

If your basing you opinions of the series on the show itself then you have no grounds to complain to 7th expansion, even if you ever got the chance. If you looked around you would know that alot of the good stuff was taken out of the anime. Alot of the scenes are VERY funny.
